Born and raised in London in 1986, Zenovia Sophia was fascinated by style and fashion individuality from a young age.
Zenovia began training at London College of Fashion at the age of 16, starting with a btec national diploma in womens fashion and clothing.
Following this she went on to study a BA in fashion design and technology as a designer pattern cutter in womenswear at LCF. As part of the degree, an elective in accessories made her realise her desire to create unique leather products and she went on to graduate from London College of Fashion again with a BA honours in cordwainers accessories.
Following a collaborative project with luxury accessories label MCM, her quirky ‘eye see’ pop art inspired bag was feautured in Harrods to launch London fashion week 2008.
Zenovia has completed industrial internships with bespoke milliner Louis Mariette and accessories designer Charlott Vasberg.
During her time with Louis, Zenovia worked closely with the designer and independently created many products featured in Vogue uk and Vogue italia, and worked on pieces worn by fashion elites and used by world renowned stylists.
Working with Charlott, Zenovia learned about the day to day runnings of a small accessories brand, working closely to maintain relationships with factories and suppliers.
With the launch of her own brand, Zenovia Sophia works in her London based studio creating unique products exclusively all in house, with exceptional attention to quality of leathers and fittings, translating her love for luxurious concept driven accessories into reality.
